We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing large datasets, generating actionable insights, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large data sets. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis requirements. Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Monitor key metrics and proactively identify changes or anomalies in performance. Support data-driven projects across departments such as marketing, finance, and operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Familiarity with statistical tools and programming languages (Python, R) is a plus. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of predictive modeling or machine learning basics. Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
